    Nghe An - The announcement of the hotline reflects administrative procedures to improve the quality of public services.

    Nghe An Provincial Department of Home Affairs has just announced 2 hotline numbers to receive recommendations and feedback from organizations and citizens related to reform work and handling administrative procedures.

    Accordingly, people and businesses can contact via: 02383.592869 and 02383.567574. In addition, the Department also announced 3 email addresses to receive information including: phongcchc.noivu@nghean.gov.vn, kstthc.ubnd@nghean.gov.vn, and nv@nghean.gov.vn.

    In addition to traditional forms, people can send feedback online through the following portals: https://nguoidan.chinhphu.vn and https://doanhnghiep.chinhphu.vn.

    This is one of Nghe An's efforts to improve the quality of public services, enhance transparency, facilitate people and organizations to participate in supervising the activities of state administrative agencies, and at the same time promote the team of cadres and civil servants to improve their responsibility and capacity in performing public duties.
