    Nghe An - From the night to dawn of September 29, many places in Nghe An will have very heavy rain, with a risk of flooding of 0.3 - 0.8m deep, some places over 0.8m, lasting until the end of the day.

    In the past 6 hours (from 9:00 p.m. on September 28 to 3:00 a.m. on September 29), many localities in Nghe An recorded very heavy rain, with common rainfall from 120 - 176mm. Specifically: Yen Thuong 176mm, Nong Truong 15 155.8mm, Thanh Thuy 121.2mm, Vinh 120.2mm...

    According to the Nghe An Province Hydrometeorological Station, this rain has a high risk of causing flooding in low-lying areas, urban areas, and along rivers and streams. The flooding period may last until the end of September 29, with a common depth of 0.3 - 0.8m, in some places over 0.8m.

    The flood risk warning is level 1. Flooding can damage property, affect crops, livestock and obstruct traffic. People need to closely monitor the situation and proactively take preventive measures.
