The Cau Giay Park renovation project started in February 2025, with a total investment of more than 66 billion VND, on an area of over 6,500m2, focusing on upgrading infrastructure and adding public utilities.
The main items include renovating the lake, re-paving the walking path, planting more trees, installing rest houses, playgrounds and public toilets.

According to the reporter's records on September 28, even on weekends, the construction team at the Cau Giay Park renovation and improvement project is still working hard to complete it in time for October.
Through observation, the central square, sports field, grass hill and children's playground have been basically completed; exercise machines and entertainment equipment have been installed.

Dozens of workers continue to deploy the remaining items, despite the erratic weather. Engineer Nguyen Duc Lam, a consultant in project supervision, said that Cau Giay Park has completed about 90% of the work, aiming to serve people on the occasion of the 10.10 holiday.

Many residents in Cau Giay ward commented that the park space has become more spacious, brighter and airy after the renovation, hoping that this place will become a community connection point in the bustling life of the capital.

Meanwhile, at Nghia Do Park, the construction atmosphere is also taking place urgently. The highlight of the project is the pedestrian bridge across the harmonious lake with a design simulating the shape of a instrument, promising to become a unique architectural work, attracting people and tourists.
This park is over 42,000m2 wide, located on Nguyen Van Huyen and To Hieu streets, and was once known as the "green pearl" in the heart of the city.

Currently, contractors are focusing on machinery and workers to renovate subsidence embankment items, dump soil, level the ground in low-lying areas, creating walkways and space for pedestrians to exercise.
The entire park is currently surrounded by corrugated iron and has not yet opened to welcome people to ensure safety.

This park is also equipped with a synchronous lighting system, additional solar lights, along with surveillance cameras and control screens... all of which are being installed, improving convenience and safety for people when the park reopens.

According to the People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward, the project to renovate this park will strive to be completed before the Lunar New Year 2026, contributing to creating a highlight of urban landscape, improving environmental quality and serving the entertainment needs of the people of the Capital.
