On the morning of May 19, at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City), Nghe An province solemnly held a flag-raising ceremony and flew the national flag to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025).
The event was organized by the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism in coordination with SG Chien Thang Investment - Export - Trade - Service Joint Stock Company, with the participation of armed forces, students and a large number of people in the province.

The focus of the ceremony is the Great Flight Rite of 2,025m² with balloons - the first activity was held in Nghe An, has been licensed by the General Staff Department - Ministry of Defense, closely supervising techniques and flight safety. The blazing balloon symbolizes the aspiration of peace, development and integration of the nation.
In a solemn atmosphere, the army - people - students wore neat uniforms, looking towards the national flag flying in the blue sky, expressing their respect and deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the great son of Nghe An.

The Provincial People's Committee requested relevant forces to deploy plans to ensure security, order, technical safety and mobilize forces in accordance with the special nature of the event.
The flag-raising ceremony and national flag-raising ceremony is not only a sacred ceremony, but also an occasion to educate traditional patriotism, arouse the spirit of great solidarity, national pride and responsibility of today's generation for the cause of building and developing the homeland in the new era.
