Through the inspection, violations related to land use and illegal mineral exploitation were discovered. Especially the illegal gold mining in Gia Phu commune.

Regarding the illegal gold mining case in Gia Phu, this case has been prosecuted by the Investigation Police Agency of Son La Province Police and prosecuted a series of defendants. However, the leveling, repair and restoration of the site to its original state according to the direction of the People's Committee of Son La province has not yet been implemented.
