Mr. Nguyen Bui Duy Hieu (32 years old, living in Nha Be district) said that because of the construction of a new bridge, the road leading to the old Phuoc Long bridge is quite narrow, and when it rains, many puddles appear, making it difficult for vehicles to move.
“When it rains, I have to drive very slowly to avoid falling. Many vehicles have to line up to cross the bridge. I hope the new Phuoc Long bridge project will be completed soon so that people can travel more easily,” said Mr. Hieu.
