For about a week, people living in village 11, Nhan Co commune, Dak R'lap district have continuously witnessed the scene of trucks carrying construction materials running through their houses at high speed.
These trucks did not cover the tarpaulins, causing materials to fall onto the road. The large number of vehicles carrying materials has caused dust.
People here said that every time a vehicle passes by, dust flies everywhere, causing serious air pollution. This raises health concerns, especially for young children and the elderly.

A household living on the side of the road said: "I have to close my door every day because of the dust flying in. Although the company sprays water, the dust is still everywhere when it is sunny."
According to research, trucks mainly carry flying ash, a type of construction material commonly used in construction works. These trucks belong to Bao Chau Long An Company Limited.
According to people's reflection, flying ash not only causes discomfort but also seriously affects people's lives and businesses.
Ms. Tran Thi Bich Xuan, a trader in village 11, shared: "Every day, trucks run here at high speed, causing dust to fly everywhere. My business has been severely affected, customers rarely visit because of the dust".
Ms. Xuan added that the number of customers has decreased significantly, directly affecting her family's income. Therefore, she hopes that the authorities will intervene and strictly handle cases of non-compliance with traffic safety regulations.
To solve this situation, Mr. Pham Van Hai, Chairman of Nhan Co Commune People's Committee, said that the commune will direct the authorities to increase patrols, control and strictly handle violating vehicles.
Mr. Hai emphasized that using heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials is necessary. However, businesses must also comply with regulations on careful material covering to limit spillage.
This not only ensures the safety of the people but also contributes to environmental protection.
