On November 15, information from the Muong Va Commune Police, Sop Cop District, said that the unit had just helped a man who had been lost for a long distance, found his relatives and returned home safely.
Accordingly, on November 13, the security force of Pha Thong village, Muong Va commune, Sop Cop district discovered a man with unstable mental state, with identification papers bearing the name Ha Huy Man, residing in Mang 2 area, Dong Son commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province.
After receiving the information, realizing that Mr. Man showed signs of mental instability, Muong Va Commune Police conducted verification and contacted Dong Son Commune Police to find a way to contact Mr. Man's family, and at the same time arrange a place to eat and rest for this man.
Through verification, the authorities learned that Mr. Man had traveled by motorbike from Dong Son commune to Sop Cop district, a distance of about 270km.
On the morning of November 14, the family was present at Muong Va Commune Police to pick up Mr. Man.
The family also said that Mr. Man had left home since November 6; the family had searched many places but had no information. It was not until the 9th day since Mr. Man left that the family received a report from the Muong Va Commune Police about the above incident.
