On the afternoon of September 22, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Tran Viet Quang - Chairman of Quy Nhon Dong Ward People's Committee (Gia Lai) - confirmed that an electrical accident had just occurred in a bakery in the Cho Dinh area, killing 1 person.
The victim was identified as Mr. Tran Dinh H. (born 1969, residing in Quy Nhon Nam ward).
According to initial information, at about 7:45 am on the same day, Mr. Nguyen Duc D. (born 1988, residing in Quy Nhon Nam ward) discovered Mr. H. lying motionless next to a bread cabinet in front of house number 81 Le Van Thu (Nhon Binh residential group, Quy Nhon Dong ward), so he shouted for help.
Mr. D. then ran into the house to turn off the power switch. After the power source was cut off, Mr. D. checked and discovered that Mr. H. had died.
Through initial verification, the bread oven at 81 Le Van Thu was owned by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Viet (born 1978, residing in Quy Nhon Dong ward). At the time of the incident, Mr. H. was working as a hired worker for Mr. Viet.
Currently, functional agencies are investigating and clarifying the case.
