The accident occurred at around 12:00 on November 9 at km39+200 of road 396 of the East-West axis intersecting with provincial road 393 (traffic light intersection) in An Son village, Bac Thanh Mien commune. At this time, the car driven by Mr. B.V.H (born in 1987, residing in Quynh Phu commune, Hung Yen province) collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. D.T.K (born in 1988, residing in Bac Thanh Mien commune). As a result, Mr. K died at the scene. The preliminary cause was that Mr. K was driving a vehicle that did not comply with traffic light signals and ran a red light, causing the accident.
On the same afternoon, at around 3:40 p.m., a serious accident occurred on 354 Tien Lang Street, causing 2 casualties. The motorbike driven by Mr. N.H.T (born in 1975, residing in Nguyen Binh Khiem commune) was going towards Den bridge - Khue bridge when it reached the turn into H.D Company when it collided with a motorbike driven by Ms. N.H.N (born in 1998, residing in Tien Lang commune) going in the opposite direction. As a result, Mr. T was injured, Ms. N was seriously injured and died at 9:30 p.m. the same day.
