Man dies after cycling into fence in Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh - A man died after riding a bicycle and colliding with a fence in the Cho Quan bridge area, Hai Hung commune.

On July 29, leaders of Hai Hung commune, Ninh Binh province said that an incident had just occurred in the area where a man died after riding a bicycle collided with a fence.

Initial information, at about 12:16 pm on July 28, people discovered a man riding a bicycle dead in the Cho Quan bridge area (Trung Luong village, Hai Hung commune) in a standing position, his neck stuck between 2 bars of the fence.

Immediately after receiving the report, the police force of Hai Hung commune was present to protect the scene, coordinating with functional units to conduct an examination and investigate the cause of the incident.

Initial identification, the victim is Mr. L.T. N (born in 1960, permanently residing in Xuan Kien commune, An Giang province; temporarily residing in Hai Hung commune, Ninh Binh province).

According to the leader of Hai Hung commune, through security camera footage, from the time Mr. N alone drove his bicycle onto the bridge, plunging down the slope until the collision occurred, no one was recorded approaching or contacting the victim.

The cause of the incident is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
