On May 27, a video longer than 5 minutes appeared on social media with the content of a woman taking her husband to the Yen Bai Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment (500-bed Hospital) but was not of interest to the doctor.
This person just filmed a video, pointing at the doctor's face, shouting loudly, cursing and thinking that the hospital was in a deadlock.
Even when the doctor and hospital security explained, this person kept being vulgar, traveling around the hospital corridor to film videos with unheard words.
Talking to Lao Dong over the phone, Facebook account owner Dang Tam - the woman in the video said: "On the morning of May 27, I took my husband (39 years old) with acute gout, increased liver enzymes, high fever of 39 degrees to the Emergency Department - Yen Bai 500-bed Hospital. However, the doctors did nothing but measure the temperature, forced me to temporarily pay a fee of 3 million VND and then left.
After my husband waited for an hour without anyone asking for a check-up, I was upset and took my husband to Hung Vuong Hospital (Phu Tho) for emergency care. Currently, my husband's health is stable and he is being monitored."

On the same day, speaking with reporters, Dr. Tran Lan Anh - Director of Yen Bai General Hospital said that after learning about the incident, the hospital urgently reviewed the process.
"According to the doctors, after being taken to the emergency department, the patient was measured blood pressure, measured the temperature and did the necessary procedures. The time they were there was only about 15 minutes then loudly left.
