In case the homeowner cannot come, it is necessary to make a power of attorney for the representative to receive the replacement.

Mr. Danh said that the budget allocated to the ward is 5.6 billion VND. "As of yesterday afternoon, households have registered via the VNeID application to receive gifts of more than 500 million VND," he added.

- Use the VNeID application to register, link to a bank account that has been linked to a social security account. To ensure that gift giving is done quickly and conveniently, and to encourage people to register to receive gifts through the VNeID application due to the simple and convenient implementation method, gift giving is done through the form of transfer to the citizen account registered on VNeID, so people do not waste time coming to receive directly.

- Receive directly at the People's Committee at the commune level (according to the location announced by the People's Committee at the commune level). The recommendation applies to cases that cannot register to receive gifts through the VNeID application.
