Career orientation for workers
Recently, the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of M'Drak district has organized civil sewing training courses. The subjects of the course are people with disabilities according to regulations; people from poor ethnic minority households.
In addition, the subjects also include people from poor households in especially difficult communes, villages and hamlets; ethnic minorities, people who are eligible for preferential policies for people with revolutionary contributions; people from near-poor households, and people with low incomes.
The training period for each student is about 4 months. They are all equipped with the necessary knowledge and are given regular practice to improve their skills.
Ms. H'Lan Ksor (Cu Prao commune, M'Drak district) - shared, my family is in difficult circumstances, I myself do not have a stable job, so it is very difficult to improve the economy and support my parents.
Seeing that the Vocational Education Center - Continuing Education of M'Drak district organized a civil sewing class, I immediately registered to study.
"After 4 months of training, I have mastered sewing and can find a job with a stable salary. During the training process, I have had more practice, just need to be diligent and focused to improve my skills" - Ms. H'Lan Ksor shared.
Although she is over 20 years old, Ms. H'Nhan Ksor still does not have a stable job. Besides, Ms. H'Nhan Ksor's family is in a difficult situation, and her children are still young. Ms. H'Nhan herself always wants to have a proper, systematic job to work stably and help her husband and children.
"Participating in a civil sewing training course implemented by local authorities, I found this to be a very meaningful program. Vocational training courses help ethnic minorities have clear career orientation. As long as we study well and work hard, we will almost certainly find a job with a good salary after graduation," Ms. H'Nhan said optimistically.
