On October 27, information from Bao Ha Commune Police said that in recent days, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain, a large-scale landslide has occurred in the positive slope area behind the Tan An 2 village houses.
Soil and rocks slide down from the hillside near the residential area along National Highway 279, posing a serious safety risk to households living in the area.
Immediately after discovering the incident, Bao Ha Commune Police coordinated with the Commune People's Committee to urgently stretch ropes, put up warning signs, set up safety barriers and mobilize people to evacuate from high-risk areas.

The commune police force is regularly on duty at the scene to guide people and vehicles to travel safely through the area.
According to the forecast, the risk of landslides in the coming time is still very high. The Bao Ha commune government recommends that people do not gather, set up tents, park or take shelter near the foot of the slope; at the same time, proactively monitor warning information from the authorities.
