The victim in the incident is B.N. H. A (born in 2009, residing in Phuoc Hoa commune, Ho Chi Minh City).
Initial information, around noon on March 18, when H.A finished school and went to the parking lot near P.H school, Phuoc Hoa commune, Ho Chi Minh City (belonging to Phu Giao district, former Binh Duong province), she was attacked by a group of about 3-5 students. H.A was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Due to severe injuries, the male student was transferred to Cho Ray Hospital (HCMC) on the same evening for surgery.
Ms. N.T. K (born in 1983, residing in Phuoc Hoa commune, Ho Chi Minh City, H.A.'s mother) said that H.A. is currently being actively treated. Initially, doctors informed that the child had a broken nose bone and had just undergone surgery to clear the airway. Doctors are also monitoring H.A.'s skull injury.
Talking to reporters, leaders of Phuoc Hoa Commune People's Committee said that immediately after grasping the incident, leaders of the Commune People's Committee directed relevant units to get involved in verifying and clarifying. The Commune Police have come to work with the school, extracted camera footage and are contacting the parties to handle the incident.
