    Hai Phong - On September 10, the City Traffic Safety Committee informed about the accident that killed a child.

    Initial information, the incident occurred at 1:00 p.m. on September 9 at the intersection between the provincial bypass road 391 and road 191D in Tu Ky commune, Hai Phong city.

    At this time, a car driven by Mr. H.P.L (born in 1977, residing in Lac Phuong commune, Hai Phong) traveling from Chi Minh commune to Hai Duong collided with a motorbike driven by D.V.H (born in 2011, residing in Chi Minh commune) traveling from La Tinh village to Nhan Ly village, Chi Minh commune. As a result, H died on the way to the emergency room.

    The preliminary cause of the accident was that driver L overtook the vehicle in violation of regulations. Currently, the case is continuing to be investigated and handled according to regulations.
