Many people receiving pensions and social insurance allowances receive 2.2 million Tet gifts

The People's Council of Dong Nai province, term X, 8th session, passed Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HDND stipulating the subjects and levels of support during the 2026 Lunar New Year in Dong Nai province.

Based on point r, clause 2, Article 3 of Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HDND stipulating the level of support during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026:

Specific support levels for each subject:

1. The level of 10,000,000 VND/person supports comrades who participated in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945.

2. Level of 1,200,000 VND/person (or 1,200,000 VND/household) support for subjects:

r) People receiving regular monthly pensions and social insurance allowances. Specifically, comrades who were former Directors of Departments and equivalents or more who have retired but are not Provincial Party Committee members, Heads of public non-business units directly under the Provincial People's Committee; Chairman of the Members' Council, Chairman of the Company, General Director (or Director) of one-member limited liability companies held by the State at 100% of charter capital that are parent companies of state-owned economic groups, parent companies of state-owned corporations, parent companies in the group of parent companies - subsidiaries; one-member limited liability companies that are independent companies held by the State at 100% of charter capital, representatives of state capital in enterprises with state capital accounting for 50% or more of charter capital hold the position of Chairman of the Members' Council (or Chairman of the Board of Directors), General Director (or Director) of state-owned enterprises under the province, Director of the Provincial Development Investment Fund who have retired or resigned due to the requirements of arranging organizations,

Thus, during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, gifts will be given at a rate of 1,200,000 VND/person (or 1,200,000 VND/household) and will be supported with an additional gift worth 1,000,000 VND (total of 2,200,000 VND) for people receiving regular monthly pensions and social insurance allowances in the following cases:

- Comrades who were former Directors of Departments and equivalents or more who have retired but are not Provincial Party Committee members, Heads of public non-business units directly under the Provincial People's Committee;

- Chairman of the Member Council, Chairman of the company, General Director (or Director) of one-member limited liability companies with 100% charter capital held by the State that are parent companies of state-owned economic groups, parent companies of state-owned corporations, parent companies in the group of parent companies - subsidiaries;

- One-member limited liability companies are independent companies where the state holds 100% of charter capital, representatives of state capital in enterprises with state capital accounting for 50% or more of charter capital hold the positions of Chairman of the Members' Council (or Chairman of the Board of Directors), General Director (or Director) of state-owned enterprises under the province, Director of the Provincial Development Investment Fund who have retired or retired due to requirements for arranging organizational structures, agencies, and units (over 55 years old).
