According to the announcement, employees at the company are entitled to 9 days of Lunar New Year holiday, from February 14, 2026 to the end of February 22, 2026. On February 23, 2026, all employees returned to work normally.
The highest Lunar New Year bonus for employees is 150%. The salary based on bonus calculation is the new basic salary effective from January 1, 2026 and production support allowance in January 2026.

The company also adjusts salary and allowance increases in 2026 for employees. For the regional minimum wage increase in 2026, from January 1, 2026, the basic salary will be adjusted to increase by 320,000 VND (for workers entering work before January 1, 2026). The starting salary for new employees entering work in 2026 is 5,062,000 VND (after 6 trial days).
For the annual salary increase in 2026, the unit increases the basic salary by 3% for employees who started working before January 1, 2026 (effective from January 1, 2026). Specifically, for employees who are still in the probation period, they are entitled to an increase of 3% in the basic salary after the probation period ends.
In order to share difficulties with employees and encourage the spirit of long-term commitment, from January 1, 2026, when 1 year of work is completed, the seniority allowance of employees will remain at 30,000 VND/year. From the 2nd year of work onwards, the seniority allowance will be adjusted to 30,000 VND per working year, replacing the previous regulation of an increase of 15,000 VND/year. Housing allowance will also be adjusted to increase by another 50,000 VND/month.
