In recent days, information about the Shark Han Building at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square being demolished has attracted a large number of people and tourists to visit and take photos.
However, gathering in large numbers on the road and stopping and parking vehicles in violation of regulations poses a potential risk of disorder and traffic safety.
The Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police recommends that people and tourists do not stop or park their vehicles, and gather in large numbers on the road and sidewalk in Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square.
Stopping or gathering in crowds in the wrong place not only endangers oneself but also affects traffic and loses the urban beauty.
People visiting and taking photos in this area need to comply with regulations, absolutely comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, do not stop or park illegally, do not gather on the road, causing traffic obstruction.
The authorities will increase patrols, control, and strictly handle violations, ensure traffic order and safety, and avoid congestion in the central area.

People who want to visit and take photos can arrange on weekends, when Hoan Kiem Lake walking street is in operation.
The walking street around Hoan Kiem Lake is open from 7pm every Friday to 7am every Sunday. During this time, the area around Hoan Kiem Lake will ban vehicles, creating more favorable conditions for people to travel and take photos without affecting traffic order.
The authorities plan to demolish the Shark Dock building, relocate underground works (if any), and restore appropriate infrastructure in sync with the landscape of the area.
It is expected that the demolition of this building will be completed before April 30.
