In Hai Duong ward, Le Thanh Nghi ward, Thanh Dong ward... there is wind, no rain. The authorities maintain a response duty regime, ready to deploy prevention plans if the storm moves deep into the mainland. The inspection of the tree system, signs, corrugated iron roofs, etc. was also carried out since last night to prevent bad situations.

In Nhi Chieu ward, ensuring the safety of people before the storm is being seriously implemented. At 5:30 a.m. this morning, the Ward Military Command coordinated with the residential area to propagate, mobilize and support 3 households in Cay Son 1 Residential Area to move to a safe place.
These households live near areas at risk of landslides if storms continue to occur. The evacuation was carried out urgently, ensuring absolute safety, with the support of militia and local officials.

Up to now, Hai Phong City has maintained a state of readiness to respond to storm No. 3. Localities increase 24/7 duty, check evacuation plans at vulnerable locations, and continuously inform people to proactively prevent.
Updated from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 4:00 a.m. this morning (July 22), storm No. 3 with level 10 intensity was about 140km west-southwest of Quang Ninh, about 70km east of Hai Phong, about 80km east-northeast of Hung Yen, about 110km northeast of Ninh Binh.
