Fire in a house and wood warehouse in Son La, damage of nearly 300 million VND

    Son La - A fire broke out in a house and a wood and wood warehouse in San Cai village, Van Ho commune. The fire burned down the entire warehouse and part of the house.

    At about 0:15 a.m. on July 22, a major fire broke out in San Cai village, Van Ho commune (old Long Luong commune), Son La province. The burned house belongs to Mr. Tenh A Sai, born in 1978 and the wood storage warehouse of Mr. Tenh A Pua, born in 1972,

    According to the leader of Van Ho commune, the fire broke out at a warehouse containing about 150m3 of firewood and wood from Mr. Tenh A Pua's house, then spread to part of Mr. Tenh A Sai's family's house, the fire suddenly broke out and quickly spread. The total damage area is about 400m2.

    Immediately after receiving the report, the fire fighting force of Van Ho commune police quickly arrived at the scene, coordinating with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Son La Provincial Police and local fire fighting forces to put out the fire.

    By 4am the fire was under control. The total damage is estimated at nearly 300 million VND. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

    The cause of the fire is being further verified and clarified by the authorities according to regulations.
