On December 13, the People's Committee of the ward and Steering Committee 197 of O Cho Dua ward simultaneously launched a campaign to restore order, discipline, and urban civilization in the area.
On the launching day, O Cho Dua ward established 3 working groups, conducting a general inspection on 9 main streets such as: Ton Duc Thang, Lang Ha, Hao Nam...
The key task is to strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and order, urban order on roads and sidewalks; focusing on thoroughly handling violations related to unregulated roofs, scaffolding, podiums, and advertising signs, especially business acts encroaching on roads and sidewalks that cause loss of urban aesthetics.
The activities aim to enhance the effectiveness of urban order management, traffic safety and hygiene in the ward. To ensure sustainability, households are required to sign a commitment not to illegally occupy sidewalks for business or installation of items.
O Cho Dua Ward also mobilized mass organizations to participate, in which the Ward Youth Union was assigned the task of peeling and removing advertising and displaying in violation of regulations; the Veterans Association and the Ward Women's Union coordinated general environmental sanitation in the entire area.

On the first day of the campaign, O Cho Dua ward handled 5 cases of encroachment on roads and sidewalks for business, with a total fine of 12.5 million VND; 28 cases of street vending were fined, with a total fine of 6.3 million VND.
The authorities seized 30 umbrellas, umbrellas, tarpaulins; 25 advertising signs and removed about 500 advertisements and advertisements. Violating households are also required to sign a commitment not to re-use the sidewalk for business and cooking.
According to the plan, the peak period will be implemented from December 13, 2025 to March 16, 2026. Vinh Hung Ward continues to organize campaigns to ensure traffic safety, urban order, public order and environmental sanitation on streets such as Thanh Dam, Thanh Lan, Ngu Nhac, Nam Du.
Forces directly cleared tents, covers, and savings; cleaned up general cleaning in areas with slow-moving project land, markets, and residential areas. In Yen So ward, the campaign focuses on implementing drastic measures to ensure order, discipline, and urban civilization, focusing on handling violations on central routes such as: Tran Thu Do; Ngoc Hoi (section within the administrative boundaries of Yen So ward); Do Muoi; Nguyen Bo; Dong Ky; Hung Thinh; Tu Hiep, along with areas around apartment buildings, schools, alleys, relics, ponds, lakes, and vacant lots.
In Dinh Cong ward, on December 13, a convoy of traffic police and related forces moved through many routes, alleys, and residential areas to propagate and handle violations.
On the same day, Dinh Cong ward organized the clearance and dismantling of illegal and re-encroached works on the land area that had been handed over to serve the site clearance of the Ring Road 2.5 Construction Investment Project (Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section).
