In Binh Quoi ward, visually impaired voters, veterans and elderly people were present early at the polling station. Despite health limitations or communication skills, they still patiently lined up, waiting for their turn to exercise their citizen rights and obligations.

Present at the polling station No. 10, Binh Quoi ward early, Mr. and Mrs. Van Thanh Bang - visually impaired voters said that before the election day, the ward had informed and notified them that they were responsible for participating in the vote.
Today's election day is an opportunity for voters to elect representatives for all levels of government. For me personally, being able to vote is a great honor and happiness.
I feel the government's concern for people with disabilities like me as well as vulnerable groups in society, when creating conditions for us to exercise our rights and citizens' obligations. Being able to directly hold the ballot and participate in the election makes me very touched, because that is how we show our responsibility to the country" - Mr. Bang shared.
He also hoped that the votes that voters sent today would contribute to selecting worthy people. Those who are elected will receive the trust of the people and try their best to work and serve the country, worthy of the trust of voters.

For visually impaired voters, the election team has arranged support forces to guide them step by step in the process of receiving votes, entering the voting room and completing procedures. Thanks to this support, voters can conveniently conduct voting, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Mr. Tran Thanh Nam - Head of Election Team No. 10 said that voters all participated fully, complied with regulations and watched the opening ceremony of the election day taking place solemnly in the locality.
According to Mr. Nam, there are also quite special voters in the ward, such as some voters who are visually impaired or have health difficulties. In these cases, the ward has prepared and provided appropriate support.
For elderly people or those who have difficulty walking, the ward has discussed with neighborhood leaders, secretaries and neighborhood heads to coordinate support. In the best possible way, the elderly people will be taken to the polling station by relatives or support forces to directly exercise their voting rights.
In case voters cannot move, the election team will bring auxiliary ballot boxes to their homes for voters to vote with their own hands, ensuring that everyone can exercise their citizen rights and obligations" - Mr. Tran Thanh Nam said.
Meanwhile, many veterans, despite their old age, still actively go to the polling station early. According to them, participating in the election is a responsibility, and also a way to express their belief in the development of the locality. Many people share that each time they go to vote brings a sense of solemnity and pride.
The presence of these special voters has contributed to creating a beautiful image of the people's sense of responsibility and attachment to grassroots democracy activities. No matter what the circumstances, they still want to participate and contribute their voice to the overall development of the locality.
