Prioritize protecting people's lives and health

Emergency situations on the road often come unexpectedly and there is not much time to choose how to handle them. For traffic police, the first thing to do is to find ways for people in need of help to access medical care as quickly as possible.

In such situations, officers and soldiers always determine that supporting and protecting people's lives and health is their responsibility," Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Thanh - Head of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 shared.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Thanh, besides ensuring traffic order and safety, officers and soldiers in the process of performing their duties also encounter many cases of people needing urgent support. Depending on the situation, the force can provide first aid, contact medical facilities, regulate traffic or guide patients to the hospital.

Practical and timely actions show the spirit of responsibility, awareness of serving the People, contributing to building the image of the Capital's traffic police officer who is close, responsible, and wholeheartedly for the People.
