Routes banned to serve the biggest festival in Lang Son

Lang Son - To serve the Ky Cung - Ta Phu Festival, the authorities will block some inner-city routes of Lang Son City.

On February 18, informing reporters, the leader of Lang Son City Police said that to ensure traffic order and safety, the police force has announced a plan to organize traffic flow to serve the Ky Cung - Ta Phu Xuan At Ty 2025 Festival.

The festival takes place from February 19, 2025 to February 24, 2025 (ie January 22 - 27, At Ty year), expected to attract a large number of tourists and local people.

Accordingly, on February 19, 2025 (22 January), the Ky Cung - Ta Phu Festival will take place.

From 6am to 2pm, all vehicles are prohibited from circulating on the mountain bike route and some important routes.

Specifically, Hung Vuong Street (from Hung Vuong - Tran Hung Dao intersection to Ky Cung bridge), 17/10, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Nguyen Du, Phai Ve, Ba Trieu, Le Loi, Bac Son, Tran Dang Ninh, Tam Thanh, Le Lai, and the Ky Lua walking street area.

Passenger cars with more than 16 seats and trucks over 3.5 tons are only allowed to travel to Mai Pha, Nam Hoang Dong, and Phu Loc urban areas.

Other vehicles move in a specific regulated direction through Tran Dang Ninh, Ba Trieu, Ly Thuong Kiet, Le Loi, Le Dai Hanh, Phai Ve and neighboring routes.

On the evening of February 19, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until the end of the Hoa Dang Night and Cultural Exchange program on Hung Vuong Street, vehicles were prohibited from circulating and stopping on some central streets.

On February 20, 2025 (January 23), the Le King Temple Festival will take place.

From 7am until the end of the program, vehicles are prohibited from entering Tran Dang Ninh Street (from Bong Lau intersection to Phai Tran intersection), except for vehicles of the Organizing Committee and security forces.

On February 23, 2025 (January 26), from 6:00 p.m., vehicles will be banned from circulating on Tran Dang Ninh Street, from Tam Thanh intersection to Minh Khai intersection.

On February 24, 2025 (January 27), the Ky Cung - Ta Phu Festival will take place, implementing traffic diversion as on January 22, however, the ban period can last from 6am to 6pm.

According to Lang Son City Police, police forces will be deployed at important checkpoints to guide vehicles on a reasonable route, minimizing congestion.

Parking areas are arranged at Dong Kinh Stadium, Sports Stadium, Hung Vuong Spring Flower Street and other locations according to the instructions of the authorities.

Lang Son City Police also recommends that people and tourists strictly comply with traffic diversion regulations, and at the same time plan reasonable travel to avoid congestion during peak days.

The Ky Cung - Ta Phu Festival is an important traditional cultural event of Lang Son province, held from January 22 to 27 every year, attracting thousands of visitors.
