Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the component project of compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance (GPMB) of the project to build the road connecting Hoa Lu with Vertical Axis 07 (TD07).
Accordingly, the construction site is in Hoa Lu ward and Y Yen, Van Thang, Vu Duong communes, Ninh Binh province. The total investment of the project is nearly 600 billion VND, from the province's medium-term public investment capital for the 2026-2027 period.
Implement compensation and site clearance work with the main route scale being section Km0+087 - Km0+300; section Km0+300 - Km0+979.426 (Day river overpass); section Km0+979.426 - Km8+835.6. Branch line connecting to National Highway 10 and branch line connecting to Cao Bo - Ninh Co economic trunk road. Relocate and restore 110kV, 35kV, 0.4kV power lines and distribution substations within the land clearance area as prescribed.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 to complete the project dossier according to this approval decision, fully implement the recommendations of the Department of Construction and hand over all relevant dossiers and documents to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
People's Committees of relevant communes and wards are assigned to fully perform the functions and tasks of local government levels; proactively coordinate with specialized agencies in reviewing and determining the needs and scale of infrastructure investment in resettlement areas (if arising).
