Traffic police determined that the female driver was driving a Land Rover car at a speed of 156 km/h on a road section that is only allowed to run at a maximum of 80 km/h on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.

On July 28, Highway Traffic Police Team No. 1 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) said that the unit had made a record of handling a case of driving a car exceeding the speed limit on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.

Accordingly, through the speed recording system, functional forces discovered Ms. N.T. T. T (born in 1991, residing in Lao Cai ward, Lao Cai province) driving a Land Rover car with license plate 24A-179xx traveling at a speed of 156 km/h at Km228 of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.
