Sep stream water in Binh Duong turns black, stings after light rain

Binh Duong - In Di An city, after a light rain, the water from Sep stream flowed profusely, the color of the water was black and smelled foul.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of June 2 in Sep stream, Tan Dong Hiep ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.

According to records, at around 4pm, there was light rain here. After the rain, the stream water flowed profusely. Notably, the water turned black, with an unusual foul smell.

Water overflowed onto the road surface of the people. According to observations on the road surface, the water has black debris.

"The black water was flowing all over the road. The section passing through here gives off a foul smell. It is worth mentioning that just a little rain, the water in the stream flowed profusely. I don't know if any unit is releasing water?" - Mr. X.D (a resident living near the scene) said.

According to the people, there are many industrial production companies at the source. Recently, there have been some cases where the stream water has had a similar black color.

According to records, along the stream is a road about 5m wide, where many households live. The stream flows through Tan Dong Hiep ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province and Hoa An ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. For many years, every time it rains, the water rises, affecting the lives of the people here.
