Information from the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police, as soon as receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department quickly verified and clarified.
The driver was identified as Mr. D.V.T (born in 1988, residing in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). At the police headquarters, Mr. T confirmed the violation.
Based on the collected documents, Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 has drawn up a record of administrative violations against Mr. T for transporting waste so that water flows onto the road, causing traffic insecurity. At the same time, the authorities temporarily detained the driver's license for handling according to regulations.
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government, this behavior is fined from 2 to 4 million VND and has 2 points deducted from the driver's license.
