On June 20, the Inspectorate of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh issued a decision to administratively sanction Hi Sky Chi Linh Company Limited (located in Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province) for administrative violations.
The two violations are motorized paragliding sports (paramotor) in Bai Chay beach area that do not meet the requirements for landing and departure areas; motorized paragliding sports (paramotor) in Bai Chay beach area do not meet the requirements for ground.
Accordingly, the competent authority imposed a total administrative fine of VND21 million on the unit.
The decision clearly states that Hi Sky Chi Linh Company Limited must pay the fine at the State Treasury of Region III within 10 days (from the date of receipt of the decision).
In addition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh will work with relevant agencies to agree on regulations for take-off and landing areas for kitchens and paragliding activities to ensure space factors, distance and other safety conditions. For companies participating in paragliding activities, special attention should be paid to regularly reviewing and ensuring complete legal documents related.
