On January 25, the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Provincial Police said that they are coordinating with relevant forces to investigate and clarify the incident that killed 3 people on the road.
According to initial information, at about 0:30 on the same day, on Vo Nguyen Giap street (Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province), people discovered 3 people dead on the spot, another person was injured and taken to the emergency room.
At the scene, functional forces recorded many items suspected to be related to the incident such as pepper spray, knives, beer bottles; a motorbike was damaged in the front.
Currently, the cause of the incident is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies according to legal regulations.
