Previously, at more than 9:00 p.m. yesterday (September 9), people discovered an abandoned newborn baby at the gate of a house in Nguyen Hue village, My Loc commune, Nam Dinh city with some belongings. The child was a girl, weighing about 3kg.
At the time of discovering the child, people saw a piece of paper with the message: "I am the child's mother. I gave birth to a grandchild but because of circumstances I could not raise him, he was born on March 3, 2025... I sent his brothers and sisters to help me raise him...".
The People's Committee of My Loc commune issued a notice to find relatives for the child. Within 7 days if the child's parents do not come to claim the child, the locality will carry out procedures according to regulations.
