Checking the vehicle, functional forces discovered on the boat 100 20-liter plastic cans, inside containing a pale yellow solution.
The inspection results determined that the above goods were E10 RON 95-V gasoline, with a total volume of 1,962 liters.

At the time of inspection, Mr. Son could not present papers and invoices proving the origin of the above gasoline; and also did not have a vehicle registration certificate and professional certificate as prescribed.
Working with functional forces, Mr. Son confessed to transporting the above gasoline to sell to vehicle owners who are raising oysters and oysters in the Bac Luan river mouth area to make a profit.
Based on the provisions of law, Dong Van Border Guard Station issued a decision to fine Mr. Van Khac Son a total of 22.5 million VND for the acts of: trading goods of unknown origin; not having a vehicle registration certificate; the vehicle driver does not have a professional certificate to drive a boat as prescribed.
Because gasoline is a flammable and explosive commodity, on June 10, the unit organized the sale and auction of all exhibits, collecting more than 45.5 million VND for the state budget.
