On December 26, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command confirmed that Martyr Remains Collection Team 584 had just found the remains of a martyr.
The location where the martyr's remains were found was in the garden of Mr. Tran Thai Hoa's house (Truong Phuoc village, Hai Lam commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province).
The remains of the martyrs were found at a depth of more than 1 meter under the ground and were wrapped in a tent, hammock and some relics such as a pitcher, infantry shovel. In particular, there was a fountain pen nib, on the pen cover was engraved the words "Hong Xuyen".
Martyr Remains Collection Team 584 has collected, preserved and brought the remains to Hai Lang District Martyrs' Cemetery for preservation.
To help identify the missing martyrs, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command requests that agencies, units, veterans and people, who know information about the above martyrs (according to relics), please report to the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command.
