On the morning of May 8, information from the People's Committee of Ky Lac commune said that a man had just been found dead while casting nets to fish in the area.
Accordingly, on May 7, local people discovered a male body lying on his back, holding a fishing net in the Khe Tum area of Xuan Tien village, Ky Lac commune.
Immediately after that, Ky Lac Commune Police coordinated with the village leadership and people to bring the body ashore. Checking the body outside, no traces or injuries were found.
The victim's identity was identified as N.N.V (born 1987, residing in Xuan Tien village, Ky Lac commune).
It is known that Mr. V works as a fisherman in the Khe Tum area near his house every day. This person has a history of illness, often fainting, and has not had any conflicts with anyone recently.
The victim's body was then handed over to the family to organize the funeral according to local customs.
