Male body found in Gia Lai, suspected of accident while fishing

Gia Lai - 1 male body was discovered in Quy Nhon Dong ward, the victim is suspected of having an accident while fishing at Mui Kiem.

On May 4, Mr. Tran Viet Quang - Chairman of Quy Nhon Dong Ward People's Committee (Gia Lai) - confirmed that the body of a man was just discovered in the area, and is currently being brought to the Nhon Ly port area.

According to initial information, the victim was fishing in the Mui Kiem area, suspected of slipping and falling, leading to death. The body was later recovered and brought to the Nhon Ly port area.

Currently, the police force is present at the scene to investigate and clarify the incident, and at the same time verify the identity of the victim," Mr. Quang said.

The victim is believed to reside in Tuy Phuoc commune, not a local.

Currently, relatives are coming to the scene to confirm their identity and bring the body back for burial according to customs.
