According to information from the People's Committee of Dong Mai Ward, at around 1:30 p.m. the same day, after receiving the report of the incident, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene to verify the incident.
Initial verification results show that the victim was Mr. N.V.H (born in 1994, from Hung Yen province).
Mr. H is a worker at a construction company, assigned to reclaim an electric pole in Dong Mai ward.
At the time of discovery, Mr. H was wearing a special labor uniform of the Electricity industry; on the motorbike were many tools for repair and technical work.
Currently, the victim's body has been transferred to Quang Yen Medical Center to serve the investigation and clarify the cause of the incident.
