On March 22, Nhu Thanh Forest Protection Department (Thanh Hoa) said that the unit had coordinated with the Nhu Thanh commune government to hand over the land python individual to the Ben En National Park Protection Forest Management Board for handling according to regulations.

Previously, Ms. Do Thi Hai's family (residing in Vinh Loi village, Nhu Thanh commune) discovered a python weighing about 11kg appearing in the garden area. Recognizing that this is a dangerous and rare forest animal that needs to be protected, the family proactively notified the local authorities and functional agencies.
After receiving it, Nhu Thanh Forest Protection Department coordinated with the Management Board of Ben En National Park Protection Forest to complete the procedures according to regulations, ensuring the safety of python individuals, and at the same time organizing release to the natural environment in a suitable forest area.
According to a representative of Nhu Thanh Forest Protection Department, the incident not only contributes to protecting rare and precious wild animals but also demonstrates the awareness of law compliance and the sense of responsibility of local people in forest protection and biodiversity.
