On December 18, Railway Traffic Police Team No. 1 (under the Traffic Police Department) said that it had just discovered a case of a train station guard in Quang Binh violating alcohol concentration while on duty.

On the same morning, the working group checked the alcohol concentration of staff on duty at stations on the North-South railway line through Quang Binh.

At Tho Loc station (Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province), the team discovered that Mr. N.V.T. was on duty and had an alcohol concentration of 0.158 mg/l.

At this time, Mr. T was on duty. His task was to command and receive all information about incoming and outgoing trains and transmit the information to the gatekeepers in the management area to open and close the barrier.

The working group has drawn up a record and taken further measures to handle the matter according to regulations.
