On November 16, Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 under Team 6, Traffic Police Department, announced that it had issued an administrative fine to a car driver who parked on the highway in violation of regulations.
The location of the violation was Km223+980 Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. During the patrol, the task force discovered a car with license plate 85A - 050.96 parked on the emergency stop strip.
It is worth mentioning that behind the car was a family of many people sitting on the road with food right on the highway. At that time, it was dark and very dangerous to sit on the highway.
After working, the patrol team drew up a record of administrative violation against driver H.T.P (34 years old, residing in Ninh Thuan province); at the same time, temporarily confiscated the driver's license for further handling according to regulations.
For this behavior, the driver will be fined from 10-12 million VND and have his/her driving license revoked for 2-4 months.
