On the morning of July 30, information from the Mobile Police Command (CSCĐ) of the Ministry of Public Security said that Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Nguyen Van Tram was honored to be awarded the rank of Major General.
Previously, on July 29, at the Ministry of Public Security Hall (96 Nguyen Du, Hanoi), the Ministry of Public Security organized a ceremony to announce and award the President's Decision on conferring the rank of General in the People's Public Security Forces in 2026.
The ceremony was chaired by General Luong Tam Quang - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, Minister of Public Security.
According to the Mobile Police Command, the conferment of Major General rank on comrade Nguyen Van Tram is a recognition of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security for his efforts, contributions, and important contributions in leading and directing the building of a regular, elite, modern Mobile Police force and performing the task of ensuring national security and maintaining social order and safety.
