On July 10, units including Pho Bang Border Guard Station, Nghia Thuan Border Guard Station and Tung Vai Border Guard Station (Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard) coordinated with the border management and protection forces of China to organize joint patrols and law enforcement in the second quarter of 2026 on the border line.
In Pho Bang commune, Pho Bang Border Guard Station (Vietnam) coordinated with Dong Can Border Police Station (China) to organize joint patrols on the border section from landmark 393 to landmark 394.

Pho Bang Border Guard Station currently manages more than 14 km of border adjacent to Yunnan province (China). In which there is a pair of openings at landmark 393 serving goods trade and family visits between citizens of the two countries.
In Nghia Thuan commune, Nghia Thuan Border Guard Station (Vietnam) in coordination with Bat Bo Border Police Station (China) organized a joint patrol of the border section from marker 323 to marker 325.
This unit manages and protects more than 20 km of border adjacent to Yunnan province (China) with a pair of openings at landmark 325.
In Tung Vai commune, Tung Vai Border Guard Station (Vietnam) coordinated with Tu Truc Ba Border Police Station and Ha Kim Xuong Border Police (China) to organize joint patrols and law enforcement on the border section from marker 291/2 to marker 292.
The station currently manages and protects over 33 km of border adjacent to Yunnan province (China).
During the patrol, the border management and protection forces of the two countries strictly complied with the principles of border foreign affairs.
Conduct inspection and comparison of the current status of the national border marker system, clear patrol roads; propagate and disseminate legal education to residents in border areas.
The inspection results showed that the boundary marker system was kept in its original state, with no signs of shifting or damage. The security and order situation was stable, and no violations of the law or territorial sovereignty were detected.
On this occasion, the two sides exchanged and evaluated the results of coordination in border management and protection in the second quarter of 2026, and agreed on the contents of coordination in the coming time.
