On June 3, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee inspected and surveyed the conditions and facilities of the (new) Binh Duong ward and worked with the Standing Committee of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee on preparations for the activities of the wards after the reorganization.
Binh Duong ward is one of 36 newly arranged communes and wards. The ward was established on the basis of merging Hoa Phu ward, Phu My ward, Phu Tan ward (Thu Dau Mot city) and Phu Chanh ward (Tan Uyen city). The head office is located in Hoa Phu ward.

After the merger, Binh Duong ward will have 145 civil servants including: leaders of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee, Party expert, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations and experts of the State Division. The main equipment of 4 wards basically meet the working requirements of 145 civil servants after merging.
Due to the large number of civil servants after the merger, Thu Dau Mot city proposes to arrange the headquarters of the Party - the Fatherland Front with the state headquarters. At the same time, it is recommended to use the current Hall of Hoa Phu Ward People's Committee as a center for public administration in Binh Duong ward.
At the survey program, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi - Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the new ward must be given priority to solve administrative procedures to achieve the goal of "killing people, near people", serving the people and businesses better. Besides, consider using the old headquarters in a reasonable and priority way for the field of education, health and community activities.
Mr. Nguyen Van Loi suggested that Thu Dau Mot city continue to closely coordinate with relevant departments and branches to arrange facilities, digitize records, arrange personnel, and prepare conditions for the new Binh Duong ward to be tested on June 15. On July 1, Binh Duong ward will officially come into operation.
