Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee said that departments, branches and localities are preparing conditions for the newly arranged communes and wards to come into operation.
Currently, the province has arranged 91 administrative units into 36 commune-level administrative units (including 24 wards, 12 communes). The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has assigned departments and branches to base on regulations and instructions to prepare conditions for the 36 newly arranged communes and wards to come into operation.
Notably, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Home Affairs, departments, People's Committees of districts and cities to coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to guide administrative units to issue decisions on the transfer and reception of civil servants under district-level authorities to work in new communes and wards.
At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a plan to organize the announcement ceremony of new communes and wards to come into operation according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Finance to preside over the issuance and implementation of a plan to arrange facilities, equipment and conditions to ensure service for the work of the Party Committee, government, the Fatherland Front and functional agencies at the new commune level.
