On December 28, Nha Trang Ward People's Committee (Khanh Hoa province) said that in order to meet the actual needs of the people and ensure that death registration is carried out promptly in urgent and unexpected cases, the ward has deployed the reception and processing of death registration dossiers outside office hours.
According to the notice, death registration procedures are received and resolved on all days of the week, regardless of working or holiday.
People can submit dossiers on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Tet according to State regulations, as well as outside office hours when urgent requirements arise.
The dossier receiving location is at the headquarters of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee, No. 42 Le Thanh Ton. To facilitate in unexpected situations, the ward arranges a direct contact point, which is the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and the Chief of Office of the Ward People's Council - People's Committee.
Nha Trang ward was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population scale of Van Thanh, Loc Tho, Vinh Nguyen, Tan Tien and Phuoc Hoa wards.
After the merger, the ward has a population scale of 136,118 people, a natural area of 47.12km2 - the largest among the 4 new wards.
The Headquarters of the Ward People's Council - People's Committee and the Public Administration Service Center are located at 42 Le Thanh Ton (old headquarters of Nha Trang City People's Committee). The Headquarters of the Ward Party Committee is located at 05 Quang Trung (headquarters of the Inter-agency Zone of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of old Nha Trang City).
According to leaders of Nha Trang ward, receiving death registration dossiers outside office hours is a practical solution, helping to reduce difficulties for people, especially in tangible situations where urgent administrative procedures need to be resolved in accordance with legal regulations.
