The Lam Son Road Renovation and Renovation Project (from the Nguyen Khoi - Lam Son roundabout intersection to the village of Y bridgehead intersection) is a project of Group C, with a total investment of more than 109 billion VND, invested by the People's Committee of Dong Tam Ward (Vinh Yen City).
According to Lao Dong, the investor has recently selected a contractor for the project's "Construction + Equipment" package. This package is worth more than 94 billion VND, Vinh Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited is the approved winning bidder with a price of more than 93 billion VND; the contract implementation period is 600 days.

Some other packages of the project have also selected contractors such as: Construction supervision consultant + equipment; Consultant on construction drawing design documents, estimates; Project management consultant.
According to the reporter's observation, the project route is about 1.8 km long, mainly passing through densely populated residential areas of Dong Tam ward.

The project's design drawings show that Lam Son Street will be renovated and renovated in a synchronous manner. Along with the work of digging, restoring the foundation, road surface, constructing technical ditches, drainage systems, sidewalks, telecommunication cables... the workload of the lighting project is very large.

According to the reporter's research, for about a year now, Dong Tam Ward People's Committee has implemented 9 projects with a total investment of about more than 190 billion VND (including the above project). In which, there are some projects with large total investment such as:
Renovating Dong Tam Kindergarten. Cat mucks: Operating house, classroom No. 2, No. 3, kitchen, drainage system, garden and fence - nearly 15 billion VND.
Add fire protection systems to some schools in Dong Tam ward - more than 13.5 billion VND.

Renovation and upgrading of the concentrated yard, stage platform, gate, toilet and drainage ditch, technical garden of Dong Tam Secondary School - more than 14.6 billion VND.
Renovation and renovation of walking paths, lighting, and trees in Ho Doc Mo area along Ben Tre canal, Dong Tam ward - nearly 15 billion VND.
