The Hanoi Urban Traffic Management and Operation Center (under the Department of Construction) has launched a campaign to renovate, maintain, and clean the entire waiting room system and bus stop signs in the city.
Sanitation work has been carried out synchronously on central streets, gateways and key traffic routes such as Dien Bien Phu, Tran Phu, Phan Dinh Phung, Hoang Dieu, Giai Phong, Nguyen Trai... Hundreds of bus stops and waiting rooms have been inspected, repaired, painted new, replaced with broken glass, roof hygiene, seats and a system of directional signs.
The goal of the campaign is to ensure urban aesthetics, improve the quality of service for passengers, and at the same time contribute to building a green - clean - beautiful, civilized and modern image of the capital. The bus shelters after renovation have become more spacious and cleaner, while increasing safety and convenience for people using public transport.
In parallel with the renovation, maintenance and cleaning activities, the Hanoi Urban Traffic Management and Operation Center also calls on people to join hands to preserve the landscape, protect bus works, not to litter, paint or damage the waiting room system and signs.
