The above-mentioned project builds a traffic route with a length of 473.39m, designed according to urban road standards, roadbed width 35m, road surface width 22m... connecting National Highway 2 with Phu Ho industrial cluster.
Also a project connecting to National Highway 2 - the project to renovate the road from National Highway 2 to zone 1, zone 10 Phong Chau ward was approved by the People's Committee of this ward from June 10, 2026, according to Decision No. 992/QD-UBND.
This project belongs to group C, with a total investment of 35 billion VND, and the Phong Chau Ward Project Management Board is assigned to be the project investor.
According to the reporter's investigation, recently, the Phong Chau Ward Project Management Board has issued a decision approving the contractor selection results for Package No. 06: Construction of the project.

Package No. 06 was widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 17.6 billion VND from the state budget and mobilized from other legal sources.
According to the investor's approval decision, the winning bidder for the above-mentioned construction package is Khanh Ha Construction and Development Co., Ltd., the winning bid price is more than 17.5 billion VND.
Thus, the above-mentioned contractor will deploy the construction and renovation of the road from National Highway 2 to Zone 1, Zone 10 of Phong Chau ward with a total length of route 1. 173.3m.

The road is designed according to level III mountainous road standards. Lighting, drainage, and road connection systems... are synchronously designed to suit each section of the route and ensure compliance with current regulations.
According to the design, the road will have a base width of 8m, a road surface of 7m, and sidewalks of 0.5m on each side. The road structure of the layers from top to bottom includes: Asphalt concrete 7cm thick, waterproofing with standard liquid asphalt 1kg/m2, crushed stone grade I 18cm thick and grade II 25cm thick, roadbed.
The implementation time of the above bidding package is a maximum of 360 days from the date of commencement.
