At the Conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, announced the list of key personnel for 56 new communes and special areas of Ly Son. Among these key personnel, 40 personnel are leaders from the province who have been transferred to new communes and wards with the purpose of bringing experience and qualifications to new commune and ward units to stabilize the organization and put the apparatus into smooth operation.
Speaking at the assignment, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that on June 21, the province will conduct training and on June 25, the model of 56 new communes, wards and special zones at the official headquarters designated by the province will be tested.
From June 26 to 30, Quang Ngai province will organize 6 delegations to inspect and specifically evaluate the trial operation of this two-level government model. The Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee emphasized that although it is just a trial operation, the new communes and wards still have to operate normally, solving basic tasks of the people, thereby gaining experience.
Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van also requested the old communes to urgently hand over the documents and basic documents to the new communes and to consider all work as a common task, each person must be responsible for carrying it.
